Safety First
Faster runners please keep to the left when running through the bubble bogs. Participants that are walking and with strollers, etc keep to the right. If running with small children it is a good idea to hold children's hands as you go through the bubbles. No stopping in the bubbles, if you stop in the bubble you can be hidden from others that are running through the bubble bog. Please at all times have your race bib attached to you as this is how we know you're a participant in the run. If you need assistance on the course look for race volunteers and ask for assistance.
